You can submit more than one project to our festival or submit the same project to multiple categories.

No. you can only submit a different project each month.

Yes, you can win every month for a different project.

Can I submit a rejected project again for the next month?
Support:
You cannot submit a project at any other time again if it has been rejected previously.

What if I submit to the wrong category?

If you’re unsure to which category your project should be submitted to, please contact us, and will try to help you to select the correct category.

Can you make an exception for late submission or can you extend the closing date?

If you’re late for submission, we encourage you to submit for the following month. We cannot extend the closing dates.

Do you accept unfinished projects?

Unfinished projects cannot be considered to run at the festival, unfortunately. We are excited to see your project once it is finished.

If my film has been rejected or if I cancel my submission, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there is no refund policy. Once submitted, it cannot be undone. Please read the Rules & Terms carefully before your submission.

Do you provide feedback on every film submitted?

No, feedback for the monthly season but we can be provided it upon request on your officially selected project(s), with additional charges. For Annul winners will do feedbacks with no charges.

What will be done with submitted projects after the festival?

According to your preference, we can keep your project in our archive or delete it after the festival. Archived projects will be kept in our database for five consecutive years.

How will I receive my certificates and awards?
Support:
All digital certificates and digital awards will be sent to you through email. They are designed at high resolution and are free of charge.

How will I receive my trophy or momentum?
Support:
Monthly trophies and momentums are available upon request with applicable charges. If you attend the annual event as the winner in your category, your trophy will be free of charge.
